I work with everything you can not see. The fact that it is not tangible made many people sceptical or scared. Many don’t even know those alternative healing modalities exist. This is one of the reasons why it took me roughly 30 years to discover them. No one around me was practising anything like that.

Meditation 1:1

There are many types of meditations from different traditions and cultures but with this course you will learn 4 main styles so you can choose what suits you.

You will also learn the benefit of each type and tips to help you find a way to integrate meditation into your daily life. The course is designed to cover a 4 weeks period and it will include characteristics, tips and benefits of each type of meditation + weekly sessions together + a recording for each type of meditation that you can use forever.

This course is perfect for beginners or for those who want to find a better routine and structure for their practice.

Meditation is a powerful tool proven to decrease stress and anxiety, enhance self-awareness, increase focus and concentration and so much more.

However, with all the information available these days, it can be difficult to know where to start.  My goal with this course is to simplify and clarify this practice. Breaking down barriers and false myths so that everyone that wants to practise it, can start.

I have created this course to introduce you to the world of meditation, to help you understand the practice and create your own.

You will learn the benefit of the 4 types of meditations and get tips to help you find a way to integrate meditation into your daily life.

Reiki healing circle

Reiki Healing is an ancient way to activate and harmonise our natural life energy. It has been rediscovered by Mikao Usui (1865 – 1926) after years of research, practice and meditation.

Reiki is a gentle way of healing through the human energy field  treating physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances.

Reiki is energetic nourishment promoting relaxation, detoxification and a good overall balance within body, mind and soul. 

After a Reiki session, it is advisable to rest and relax for a while, drink plenty of pure, non-carbonated water, avoid caffeine or alcohol and maintain a healthy diet. This ensures the maximum benefit from the treatment.

 

The session lasts around 45 mins. You will want to be sure to have access to a comfortable and quiet setting for the duration of it.

If you wish you can light some candles, burn incense or evaporate essential oils to create a relaxing and soothing environment.

In the comfort of your home or wherever you are you can join the zoom call with another small group of people

After a brief explanation of what to expect, you will be guided through mindfulness meditation and then receive Reiki from the comfort of your home.

You can lie down in bed or sit on the couch or whatever you prefer.

During and after a Reiki session, you may experience some or all of the following benefits or even more.

  • Stress relief and deep relaxation. 
  • Strengthening of the natural self healing powers and the immune system. 
  • Increase in personal energy and vitality. 
  • Detoxification and deep cleansing.
  • Release of emotional and energetic blockages.
  • Inner peace.
  • Supports one’s spiritual awareness and connection.
  • There are no negative side effects of reiki and are compatible with any other form of treatment.

In addition to feelings of relaxation and being uplifted, occasionally some people may experience the following after a Reiki session:

  • Short-term increase in symptoms
  • Needing to sleep or rest
  • Headache
  • Feeling emotional
  • Increased urination
  • Temporary “flu”-like symptoms.

These are all positive signs that are seen indicative of a body bringing itself back into balance. It is also completely normal not to experience any of the above.
